The rapid development of digital technology has significantly transformed the operational patterns and competitive strategies of e-commerce businesses. The adoption of digital technologies such as electronic payment systems, business process automation, data analytics, and integrated digital platforms has become a crucial factor in improving business efficiency and competitiveness. This study aims to analyze the impact of digital technology on the efficiency and competitiveness of e-commerce businesses. A quantitative approach was employed using a survey method involving e-commerce business actors who actively utilize digital technology. Data were collected through questionnaires using a Likert scale and analyzed using linear regression and efficiency ratio calculations. The results indicate that digital technology has a positive and significant effect on business efficiency, as reflected by an increase in the output-to-input ratio. Furthermore, digital technology significantly enhances the competitiveness of e-commerce businesses by supporting service innovation, improving customer experience, and strengthening competitive advantages in the digital market. These findings confirm that digital transformation is a strategic factor that not only improves operational efficiency but also strengthens the long-term competitiveness of e-commerce businesses
