Kontribusi Kesejahteraan Finansial terhadap Motivasi Kerja Guru PAUD di TK Pelangi

This study aims to analyze the financial well-being of early childhood education (PAUD) teachers in improving their work motivation at TK Pelangi. Financial well-being is an important factor influencing teachers’ motivation and performance, particularly in early childhood education institutions that often face income limitations. This study employs a quantitative approach using a descriptive analytical method. Data were collected through questionnaires, supported by interviews and documentation. The results indicate that financial well-being has a significant effect on teachers’ work motivation. Teachers who receive adequate income, incentives, and financial security tend to show higher enthusiasm, responsibility, and institutional loyalty. The novelty of this study lies in its focus on the financial well-being of PAUD teachers at the local institutional level, which has received limited empirical attention. This research is expected to contribute to policy considerations for improving teacher welfare and educational quality
