Abstrak

Learning motivation is one of the psychological aspects that greatly influences students’ success in learning activities. External factors, such as parental support, play an important role in increasing learning enthusiasm. This study aims to analyze the influence of parental support on students’ learning motivation from the perspective of educational psychology. The research employs a quantitative approach with a correlational design. The respondents in this study are secondary school students selected randomly. Data were collected using a parental support questionnaire and a learning motivation questionnaire. The obtained data were then analyzed using correlation techniques to determine the relationship between the two variables. The results show a significant positive relationship between parental support and students’ learning motivation. This means that the greater the attention and support provided by parents, the higher the students’ learning motivation. These findings confirm that parental involvement plays an important role in supporting students’ psychological conditions in the educational process. Therefore, better cooperation between schools and parents is needed to create a learning environment that can enhance students’ motivation
