Analisis Wakaf sebagai Instrumen Investasi Publik dalam Meningkatkan Kesejahteraan Masyarakat

This study aims to analyze the role of waqf as a public investment instrument in improving community welfare. Waqf is one of the Islamic economic instruments with significant potential to support social and economic development. Productive waqf management can generate sustainable benefits used for education, healthcare, economic empowerment, and public infrastructure development. This study employed a quantitative approach involving 30 respondents consisting of waqf managers, Islamic economics academics, and beneficiaries. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, reliability testing, Pearson correlation, simple linear regression, t-test, and coefficient of determination. The results indicate that waqf as a public investment instrument has a positive and significant effect on community welfare with a contribution of 87.4%.
