Abstrak

This study aims to examine the application of business ethics and social responsibility in the Sustainable Pottery Crafts MSME in Tanjung Morawa, North Sumatra, and to determine how this implementation contributes to increasing competitiveness in the international market. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, with data collection through interviews and observations. The results show that the sustainable pottery business owner always upholds the values ​​of honesty, openness, and fairness in all its activities, and has a strong commitment to product quality. Forms of social responsibility are carried out through empowering local communities and implementing environmentally friendly production. However, limited innovation and digital promotion remain major obstacles to increasing competitiveness. Strengthening business ethics, social awareness, and product innovation are important factors in achieving sustainable excellence.
